I thought the cooling fan on the outdoor unit was bad, but the tech troubleshot it and found the capacitor was bad. He replaced it and checked out the fan and said it was operating per specs. Did not up sale me and fixed what was broken. The price was reasonable too. I’m a repeat customer and this is why I returned. I’ve been fortunate that my unit has worked well for the past 20 years."
